We advise at all stages of preparing PPP project, procedure for selecting private partner, negotiating PPP contract, commercial and financial closing, implementing PPP investment and managing PPP contract.

Our Team has the greatest experience and successes in advising local government units in Poland. Our lawyers have advised on over 25 PPP Projects implemented successfully.

As a part of our specialization, EPC Projects  (for energy efficiency contracts) implemented under the ESCO formula play a special role. Together with the National Energy Conservation Agency S.A., we launched the EPC Facilitator service in 2023.

We also advise on works or service concessions, public procurement, EU funds, state aid and infrastructure projects.
